We, Dr Lewandowski & Partners („DLP”) collect, process and use your personal data only after your consent or in connection with an assignment placed with us for purposes previously agreed with you or when the legal basis for this results from provisions on personal data protection.
We would like to underline that protection of the private sphere of each of our clients is an issue of the highest importance for us. Only specific personal data which is necessary to fulfill an assignment entrusted to us within the scope of legal advice shall be collected or if you have provided us with your personal data voluntarily.
Being our client you have – by observing confidentiality – a right to receive information about stored data, its origin and recipients, the purpose for which it will be processed and you are also entitled to request that the data will be rectified or transferred and that its processing will be limited, you can also launch objections, making the data no longer readable or to request that the data will be erased if it has been processed in an improper manner.
If your personal data will be altered, please inform us about this. You are also entitled to withdraw the consent given to us for the processing of your personal data.
Should you be of the opinion that the processing of your personal data by DLP violates any applicable legal provisions of personal data protection or if your rights related to the personal data protection have been violated, then you are entitled to launch a complaint to the appropriate authorities. In Poland, this is the Office of Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00 – 193 Warszawa.
The protection of personal date in our law firm will be carried out by using relevant organizational and technical measures. This mechanism concerns in particular the protection against an unauthorized, unlawful or accidental access, processing, loss, use or manipulation.
DLP uses and processes personal data made available to us only for purposes complying with the assignment contract or after receiving your consent or for other purposes stipulated within the date protection law. An exception to the rule is the use of personal data for statistical purposes provided that the personal data made available to us will be anonymized.
Within the fulfilling of an assignment given by you to us it is sometimes necessary to transfer your personal data to third parties, for instance to courts or official offices. Further transfer of this data is only possible in accordance with statutory provisions on personal data protection in particular within the scope of fulfilling your assignment or through previous consent granted to us by you.
Your personal data will be processed by the entity DLP Dr. Robert Lewandowski & Partners sp. k. in accordance with statutory provisions in particular with RODO Regulation (EC) No 2016/679 from 27th April 2016.
The administrator of personal data of our clients is the entity DLP Dr Robert Lewandowski & Partners with its seat in 00 – 738 Warszawa, at ul. Sielecka 39 lok. 3 entered onto the Entrepreneur Register of the National Court Registry maintained by the local court for the city of Warsaw, 13th Business Department of the National Court Registry under KRS No 0000275397, NIP: 7010060177 (“Administrator”).
